“I was glad to be on the beach and the ramp for the wheelchair was needed. Challenges with the unit which I think Ryson needs to have property maintenance reviews due to the following light bulbs at various lamps and ceiling fans not operale (burnt out?) Upstairs door lock and doors not secured-seems to open w/o key?? Tub glass shower doors off track and does not open/close correctly. We called in with an electrical plug problem and also the AC unit not operating correctly. Ryson was immediate fix on the GFCI plug but the owners AC guy was three visits over two days was an interuption. I think if a Ryson work order it would been accomplished in one visit on the first day”

“This house is perfect for our family with the proximity to the sand, ability to watch the children play from the deck, the great floor plan of the house , the furnishings and the well equipped kitchen. We did have 2 concerns which we made Ryson aware but unfortunately they weren’t handled during our stay. The microwave in the downstairs apartment wasn’t working. Maintenance indicated they would obtain one and bring it the next day but that didn’t happen. Second issue was a smoke detector going off due to a bad battery. The smoke detector was at the peak of the vaulted ceiling in the living area. A tall guest was able to climb on a bar stool and knock it down with a broom handle and the defective battery was removed. Again the office was made aware BEFORE maintenance was expected to bring the new microwave but no one ever arrived. It appears that the house is not being maintained well - the yard had not been mowed in some time as the grass was at least 10” high. Several of the deck chairs are coming apart. Latches on gates don’t engage properly. Light is not working in the refrigerator. Exhaust fans in bathrooms don’t work. Sad to see this lack of attention to maintaining what is a great property.”

“Beautiful house that easily fit our group of 10. The kitchen was the best equipped I've ever seen in a vacation rental, which we loved. The beach was lovely, with soft sand and gentle waves for the kids to run and play in. We loved our stay!”

“This property has a great location. Nice house and easy walk to the beach. Once again Ryson did a great job with handling our family vacation. Thank you Chris!! The only problem with this house is the owners' constant watching your every move from the security cameras. It's rather unnatural and made it difficult to just relax. Perhaps they should appreciate the customer base. We will not book this property again, and would not recommend it to anyone else.”
