“I ordered the whole Muntjac carcass along with the oven-ready squirrel as my first attempt at home butchery. Delivery was great and came in cold despite the heatwave. I got to work and was thrilled with the amount of usable meat that I managed to get off the beast, which will keep me and my husband in good stead for over a month (even the dog got some good scraps and was very happy). I managed to pry off some decent roasting joints, steaks, dice, mince, and mini ribs for the barbecue. It came in at 6kg and the only thing that actually got wasted were the bones, after I made stock of course - and even then they'll be great garden fertiliser.”
“Came well packed and cool. Delivery was good as realistic time period and updates. Easy to butcher the Carcass as wanted large joints ie legs and shoulder as one. Had 2 meals a Stew and a nice steak . Rest in freezer 4 legs and rib cage. Will be ordering again and very mild gamey taste. Love red deer better think .....thank you again Will be back again for more duck,pigeon etc. A army vetran discount would be nice”

It arrived the next day and I have to say the packaging was excellent. Ice packs still partly frozen and the meat was lovely and cold. Easy to joint myself. Very happy as always.”
