“I order one of these every year. As usual, a very good weight, very fresh, beautifully presented. I joint these down myself and freeze the meat; it makes for special meals for birthdays and special occasions. A meal is always made of a mixture of cuts the evening I butcher the carcass, and as always, it was delicious - full of flavour, tender, and we look forward to the rest of the joints etc in the coming year, and our next purchase of a whole Muntjac”
“Not had Muntjac before..Came as a whole carcase, was 5.6kg..I butchered it up into shoulders, loins and legs, couple of rump chops ..had the rump chops fried was delicious
Had one of the shoulders in a stew and again delicious..lovely tasting piece of venison. Highly recommended”
