Thank you for your reply. One of the issues we have by not adding artificial flavourings, preservative and pork fat is making sausages as tasty as those that typically do include those additives, but we are working on it!

Thank you for your review. All our sausages are coarser than most because we do not add any pork (fat) or breadcrumbs to make them smoother. Our customers have asked us not to add pork or crumbs but this does make all our game sausages meaty and a little coarse. With regard to seasoning and herbs, we add salt, onion powder, sage, rosemary, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, and marjoram.
