“Largish compared to supermarket guinea fowl, these made a first class dinner party main course stuffed with raspberries and served with wild rice. The flesh has a clean, only slightly gamey, flavour but adapts well to pheasant recipes. They came at exactly the arranged time nicely packed in wool and we'll chilled.”
