“I love it. Showed up a day after ordering, love that it was compacted into a box for easy delivery and easy to get into the bedroom and I love the mattress itself. Its warm, comfortable and supportive like memory foam and there's no roll together. Such a good purchase, I love the trial period as well but I wont be sending this back :)”

“I bought the winkle queen a few months ago now. I got a topper with memory foam as well, which put the mattress to about 32 cm thick. It took a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but after a while I ended up having the most comfortable sleep. There's no roll together, and you don't disturb or get disturbed if you have a partner getting up in the middle of the night. One thing I would suggest if you get a topper with the queen winkle is to buy sheets and duvets for a king size bed.... Such a comfy bed to sleep in, I wouldn't want to sleep on anything else now!... Excellent product, and made in NZ to.”

“I got the Queen Winkl Lux after months of researching different mattress in box options in NZ and reading lots of different reviews for them all. I really, really wanted to love it and persevered for a couple of months, but had to return it in the end as was just much to soft for me. I've had back and neck issues for most of my life, and the soft cloud-like thing that many describe just didn't work at all. I also found manoeuvring the mattress in the box and getting it out quite hard work and would have been great to be better prepared for that, so I could have organised a friend to help. On the plus side, the customer service was exceptional, thank you Genevieve! All the reviews I'd read mentioning great customer service were not wrong and the return and refund process was nice and easy. Mattress also seemed well made and good quality.”

“For those that are unsure on whether or not to get a Winkl Mattress. 100% Yes! I had a 10/10 experience. I had researched around with other brands, but the majority vote was that Winkl was supposedly the comfier mattress. But I wasnt sure. I then contacted Winkl with some of my questions and they replied within the day. They even made sure to ship to me the same day as payment so I could go away on holiday with it. Postage was super quick I live in the lower North Island of NZ and it only took 2 days. It was super easy to unpack into our campervan and we even got a couple of nights of sleep on it before we headed away on holiday. We were away for 2 weeks and it is a Fantastic mattress! We bought the Winkl Lux, it is fabulous to sleep on. We have a really expensive bed at home and in all honesty the winkl is just as comfy. Also probably should note that although I'm in my 30's, I have an old back injury that if I sleep on a bad bed etc. Within the week I am in severe pain and I struggle to drive do physical stuff etc. So I 100% recommend getting the Winkl Lux! It is well worth it!”
