“Great mattress, we bought this as a spare bed. So far we have had great responses from our guests. One guest had back issues, she slept 8 hours straight and woke without any pain. We are considering buying another for our son. Shipping was incredibly fast, it arrived the next day and we are rural.”

“I'm giving this 5 stars, not because the mattress was the perfect match for us, but because the customer service was so good. We unfortunately found the mattress too hot, and not quite compatible for us comfort-wise, but what I love about this product is having the chance to try it out. We have just been through the return process, which was quick and painless, and very much appreciated.”

“I just purchased the Winkl Lux king size mattress, I had to wait a day or two to set it up, as a family situation requiring urgent attention arose :( but boy was it worth the wait! Now, I honestly don't want to get out of bed haha, it is sooooo comfortable, and getting moreso by the day/night. I'd worried I may have a transition period from my previous, rather firm mattress, but that was an unnecessary worry. I wake up feeling GREAT, no aches anywhere, just FANTASTIC. Another concern, was some people had told me was that there would be an 'off gassing' period, a bad smell as the foam decompressed. Nope. No smell whatsoever. Maybe because the Lux has the charcoal layer? Anyway, no smell at all, and I am sensitive to funny smells. I have to mention the outstanding customer support from Genevieve throughout the whole process - deciding wether the Lux or standard Winkl was best for me, and every other aspect of the purchase and delivery, Genevieve is a superstar. Thank you Winkl, for having such amazing people on your team. As for the delivery, it was super fast, my payment was processed the evening before, and my mattress was on my doorstep by 11am the next day, plus the courier guy was super helpful, courteous, professional etc. A faultless purchase process, how refreshing. So I'm settling in for my 120 day trial, but I'm pretty sure my mattress is not moving from my bed. Well not until I upgrade it in 15 years to my next Winkl!”

“Cant express just how much we are in love with our Winkl Lux mattress. Just prefect. Always enjoy a great night sleep in it. We even purchased a Winkl pillow and have another Winkl mattress ordered for our spare bedroom.”
