“This grill is amazing. I can smoke, grill and sear with high heat. The WiFi connectivity makes monitoring the cook so easy and making on the go temp changes is a breeze from my phone with the Fireboard app. I live in central MN where winter temperatures can be very cold, and the YS640s has demonstrated superb cook temp control even in cool weather.”

“I use to have a charcoal/wood fired smoker and it was a nightmare maintaining temperature especially on a long brisket cook. Instantly I've fallen in love my YS640 coupled with a fireboard. You literally set the temp load it up and walk away with no stress or worries about maintain temperature. It provides great smoke flavor too. Yes it is an expensive purchase but that is because this thing is built like a tank and will last for decades.”

“I am writing this review because when I went to buy a smoker, it took me forever to make a decision. I researched and researched and researched trying to figure out the best way to go. So I am writing this review in the hopes that I might save someone some time. This smoker is amazing. It is expensive. That is a fact. But as with many things, you get what you pay for. Constructed of 1/4" steel, the Yoder 640 will hold it's heat better than any other smoker. It is a tank and it truly is the last smoker you will ever have to buy. I had never smoked anything before this purchase, and I was planning on getting an entry level one...but the idea of having/wanting to buy another one in a few years left a bad taste in my mouth. So I bit the bullet and dropped the cash...and I have never looked back. Buy this smoker...buy it. I 5 starred the price because it is worth every penny...”

“It took less than a week to receive. I am so impressed with everything. The YS640 is built to last. The packaging was well thought out and the instructions were wonderful. There is no comparison between this unit and the box brand it replaces.”

“Just finished my first smoke on the YS640, ribs and chicken thighs. This machine is amazing. It couldn't be simpler to use. The chicken was the best I have ever tasted. I could not be happier and can't wait for years of great food off the YS640. Don't hesitate to buy this cooker or to order from ATBBQ.”
