Hi May, I have dropped you a message earlier. After further checking, the hand bouquet you ordered was the Hold Me Tight (BQ1345) and as per the item description on our website, this hand bouquet features 12 stalks of pink roses, red rose spray, pink wax flower, and ruscus leaves. For the red roses, the type of rose we used is Rose Spray. Which physical characteristics are similar to traditional stemmed roses, but differ in size because they are much smaller approx less than 2.5cm wide, and usually grow in clusters of 4-6 flowers per stem and are typically smaller than flowers grown in other types of rose bushes. Have also sent you some photos for comparison with the normal stemmed rose. As mentioned spray roses usually have smaller flowers than traditional stemmed roses, because the flowers are very close together, a single group of these roses resembles a small and lush bouquet. You’ll be surprised to know that currently, our rose spray cost is higher than the traditional stemmed rose as we are sourcing it from Kenya. Hence, the shipping cost is higher. As for the message card. Yes, I do agree with your suggestion it would be good if we can indicate the size as well. I will be discussing this with my marketing team on how we can input the dimension description in our website. I hope that the above information satisfies your concerns regarding this matter.
