“Fresh and pretty flowers delivered on time! I ordered this the night before and it arrived the next day for my friend. I think the white gerberas in the bouquet were replaced with pale yellow gerberras. Not too fussed about the change in colour, because overall it still looks beautiful and my friend loved it! Perhaps would be even better if any changes in the bouquet was communicated beforehand via email to the person who bought it. In a previous order, I remember receiving an email informing me about a change in the bouquet I bought for my grandmother e.g. using another type of leaf as the one stated in the order was not available. I thought that was a nice touch and great customer service! Would buy with xpressflower again in the future and hope to see more bouquet designs available soon!”
