My personalised photo got cut off because they somehow decide to use a hexagonal cut instead of a rectangular cut as per the ad. So it cuts off my birthday greeting and some essential parts of my photo. I am very disappointed for the first part. However, after highlighting to the customer service, they promptly send a rectified photo. Also appreciate as part of their apology that they send an ice cream tub as well.

Hi Hisham, I believe our CS team has already reached out to address this matter. My sincere apologies for overlooking the photo size when printed, we should have caught this before dispatching the item. Regarding the greeting, as we agreed, we will simply attach the photo on top rather than inserting it to ensure the message remains visible and readable.
