My recent order - Winter Romance 9 stalks bouquet - is not quite good. Disappointed due to (1) Blue gem in the flower design was not available so I have to accept some difference in design as this is the preferred bouquet and its the colour recepient likes. (2) The green leaves that was used have lots of aphids, see photo white spots. (3) The bouquet had many ants when recepient checked in... Giving 3 stars due to my order last year was ok. Only now has issues. Tks.

While there is no complaint in terms of the services extended from the booking stage to the delivery of final product, in fact it was perfectly arranged and managed with consistency on status updates. However, the actual product as in the bouquet was disappointing basing on what had been perceived from the catalog to the actual physical product. Since it’s was meant to be a nice surprise for the recipient, I was therefore expecting positive feedback from everyone which was not the case unfortunately, resulting the kinda embarrassing situation for me as a sender. That being said, it’s over and since I am being asked for feedback, herewith the candid sharing. Thank you
