Hello Sir/Madam, I couldn't rate a 3 as what happened was not acceptable. I bought 2 bundles of 6 blue sapphire infacuation bundles and put in the notes to combine the 2 sets into 1. I have been a customer of Xpressflowers since 2001, with exceptional service. I don't know what is going on now but I'm not pleased to say it in a nice way. I chose not to call once I received the order at the door respectfully as I know it's a busy day and it would have been very selfish of me...but I was shocked. The delivery guy said, "i know is should be 2 sets into 1 set and he is sorry", which it wasn't even his fault, nor did I blame him. How could such a mistake happen? I'm an avid fan of Xpressflowers but I don't think I will be coming back. This is our 25th year together and I just wanted this Valentines to be special. In lieu of that, I spent time trying to put 2 sets into 1 myself and it didn't look good. Luckily my wife is a good sport.
