“I am rating this particular order poorly as the flowers withered the next day. We cared for the tulips the same way we did against past orders. I also noticed artificial stem helpers on the flowers which makes me wonder about the freshness of this order. Was trying to upload photos as part of this review but I am unable to submit.”

This may be due to the current weather conditions in Singapore, as tulips are quite delicate and can be easily affected by the climate. We always strive to provide our customers with fresh flowers, especially since you’ve had positive experiences with us in the past. We understand how disappointing this must be for you. Regarding the green wire you noticed, it is actually a support used by our florist to maintain the shape of the flowers and prevent stem curvature, rather than an artificial stem. “Also, there was a lot of unnecessary scotch tape around the flower's stems. It takes a while to remove it and high risk to damage the flowers.. Better to avoid it”
