To: Xpress Flower Operation Officer I’ve emailed to your company but nobody has responded to my request, I’ve been charged two times for my order of wreath on May 2nd. Only one wreath was sent to Blk 166 Teck Whye Crescent. Please refund $109 to my DBS account soonest possible. Refer to the details of my DBS bank transfer below.
