“To: Xpress Flower Operation Officer I’ve emailed to your company but nobody has responded to my request, I’ve been charged two times for my order of wreath on May 2nd. Only one wreath was sent to Blk 166 Teck Whye Crescent. Please refund $109 to my DBS account soonest possible. Refer to the details of my DBS bank transfer below. May 2nd Two payments of $109 each have been made from my DBS account via Pay Now to your company OMISE 6192279 6173849 Thanks, Tan Lee Choo”
