Before NAD Dreams, often times would struggle to fall asleep and would wake several times during the night. Since adding NAD Dreams to my nightly routine, I fall asleep quickly and most nights I stay asleep through the night!

“Unsure of my results, they were interupted since I ran out prior to my monthly subscription shipment. I don't understand why it's only a 20-day supply when everything else is a 30-day supply? I believe consistency is key to seeing changes/improvements. I encourage you to consider changing this to a 30-day supply for those of us that have a monthly subscription. Thanks”

“I love how NAD Dreams helps me fall asleep & get restorative sleep. I recently flew to China, and I was able to sleep on that flight. That has never happened before.
I would have given it a 5, but the zipper seal on BOTH my bags have separated from the bag. That made for a huge mess while traveling! Redesign the bags and you'll have the perfect product.”

“I am not impressed with the taste, it’s not pleasant. Have a hard time getting it to dissolve, have even tried hot water and it still doesn’t dissolve all the way. It does help with sleep. I do feel that im wasting some because there are still grains in my glass or cup.”
