“It helps with sleeping but for only about 2 hrs. Then yesterday and this morning the half Gummie, or as close to that I can cut, was too much. I would fall, couldn’t keep my balance…so at 93 I cannot afford to be falling!”

“I haven’t used the gummies long enough to determine if they are effective! One suggestion please: can you make them square in shape? Now it’s hard to evenly cut them in half! I only use a half at a time”
