“Just what I need to end my day to help me relax and get to sleep. I usually take 1 gummy an hour before bed. The only thing I noticed was I'm more chilled out and seem to fall asleep without taking my melatonin as I normally do or have to. I don't feel funny or have any weird high feelings while taking these. It's almost unrecognizable cause they're doing what they're supposed to!”

“I purchased these to use as more as a sleep aid vs. taking melatonin which seems to give me bad dreams. I wish I could tell a difference but evidently, I fall asleep too soon after taking a gummies to give a better opinion... meaning this stuff WORKS AND HELPS ME FALL ASLEEP!!! I do wish it was a little more affordable but then again sleep is important. Also, it tastes great!”
