“Setup was fairly simple however after several runs the small line seems to have a tendency to jump the wheel and wrap around the shaft under the rubber drive belt. This causes the trolly to stop or get restricted. We have a long run over water so this creates a situation where retrieveal is hard. After two repairs the spool doesn’t return as fast and needed more weight than initial setup.”
“This trolley return is amazing and works well. Everyone was impressed by how well it worked. With a 300’ zip line, a self returning trolley is really beneficial for ease and efficiency to keep the fun going. This system does just that. Well worth the money and effort to set it up.”
“I had a small issue with the rerun system and after talking to one of the representatives, they assisted me in working on my system. Unfortunately, that didn’t work but they sent me a replacement part very quickly. Thereafter, the replacement part didn’t work for my system.
The customer service was FANTASTIC to this point, but I still had a problem. I advised the company that I couldn’t fix it without professional help. At that point, I asked if my product was still under warranty.
They allowed me to send in my RERUN system, and they sent me a new one before even knowing that I sent in the “old” one.
Honestly, the customer service was on point and helpful. The fact that they sent me a new one versus fixing my existing one and sending it back is EXCEPTIONAL.
It’s an easy mechanical thing that should work well. And it does. There are minor limitations but I would recommend this product to others.”
“Each and every time the zip line goes out when it comes back it stops 2-10 feet further down the line. After a child makes five or six runs the handle for the zip line is 30 foot down from where it started. The concept is great. The execution is not.
I have added a video where it appears that the belt is jumping somehow I can't see where it does so. I also added a photo where you can see what appears to be a threaded hole where a set screw should be. These are on both sides of the gear and neither one of them have set screws. Not sure if that's by design or parts were forgotten.”
