“Instructions need to come from the beginning. From the box, what are the pieces, how do the go together. Don’t assume people know how to assemble it from the primitive instructions. Other than that, system works very well. Make sure people know about the “eyelet.” I screwed it up initially and had to untangle a bunch of stein. This goes back to the lack of instructions from the start.”
“We bought 5 of these for a zipline obstacle at our obstacle racing venue. We have put hundreds of people through each of them without an issue. It works exactly how it showed online. Installing it was easy for us but might be a medium difficulty level for someone without a construction background. We have already recommended this product to some other independent obstacle course racing venues.”
“This is my third rerun trolley and while I’m still happy with the first one I got 3 years ago (still works great), these last two definitely have improvements with better materials and even easier installation. Excellent product and well worth thie money. I’m using them on 80’, 140’, and 200’ ziplines.”
“Product hangs up after a few uses due to the line rubbing against the plastic and literally cuts into the plastic due to the heat in the line due to friction. Finally had to remove it so we could use the zip line”
