“After using it 4-5 times, my "so romantic" flap is making a weird noise. Every time I open it, it sounds like a bag of chips. The best buddy bag is a weird size, a bit too big for a small bag, and yet somehow not too spacious - if you have your phone and a wallet in there, the bag is pretty full.
The quality is ok, they use good leather.
Their customer support are polite, but -at least in my case- they couldn't really do much.
Overall ok, but a bit overpriced”
