Very lightweight and looks like a great make. Except my 26 months old daughter has not had the chance to ride it yet as her legs are too short (though it states for > 18 months) which is a little disappointing

Very pleased with it though the steering was stiff to start. I think it may have loosened up now...my son will contact you if it stays stiff. Lovely and light.

Purchased the balance bike for our little boys second birthday. He loved it instantly. We got the red as the other colors were sold out and I love the coloring. It isn't a bright red, it's a bit on the pink side but I like it. I suppose if someone is color sensitive they shouldn't get that color, but the picture clearly shows it is more of a wine red. We had to take out the plug on the bottom to get the seat down far enough, which was a little disappointing for our little one at the start. Other than that it's light and appears to be good quality. The instructions Gould be a little clearer but relatively easy to assemble. Would have been nice if the handle bar could have been lowered a little as well, but it isn't a real problem.

The bike is great, very lightweight, shipping was efficient. However, the item was not as described and as such is too small for my son )it was hit birthday present) so that was really disappointing but when I contacted customer service they were apologetic and helpful and that's all you can really ask as mistakes are always going to happen in life!

Bike never showed up and took them a month to get back to me with a final response that bike no longer in stock and will be another month till we can get you one. If you actually want to get a balance bike I suggest buy it for another store

Ty, Sorry to hear about your disappointment. We strive to please every customer through great products, excellent customer service and fast delivery. Unfortunately we let you down, but we're not sure why you think our customer service is poor. Here's the facts: 1. You placed your order on Friday 12-Jul-2019 2. We shipped your order on Monday 15-Jul-2019 2. You contacted us on 24-Jul-2019 to say that you had not received your parcel 3. We immediately started investigating things and contacted Australia Post 4. On 06-Aug-2019 Australia Post concluded their investigation and told us the parcel was lost. 5. On 08-Aug we contacted you to inform you the parcel was lost and offered a replacement or refund. We can also see from our call logs that we were in regular communication with you between the time you reported your parcel missing and the time Australia Post concluded their investigation. We've done everything we can to help you and as per our policy if things go missing in the post we refund or replace them. Since we're unable to offer you a replacement, we'll send you a refund, and hopefully you'll come back and do business with us again in the future.
