“I purchased a Zuppa 54 inch trampoline from Zupapa, my 4-year-old and 1 year old are obsessed! But there's an issue with 1 part, contacted customer service. Heather responded was very quick friendly and resolved the issue. Thank you!”

“Easy set up. Bungee cord tool super helpful. Daughter loves the 54 inch indoor trampoline. However, after only 6 weeks of activity, 3 bungee cords have broken. Can these be replaced??? My daughter will be heartbroken if we cannot repair this.”

“We got this as a gift for my son, his 3rd birthday landed during the quarantine and we were running of of ways to help him get his energy out. This trampoline came in handy. We live in apartments and needed something that would fit. This was the PERFECT size. He loves this thing so much. He jumps in it multiple times a day for at least 20 minutes. It has become a daily thing for him. The quality of the trampoline is perfect and the customer service is even better. Heather helped me out so fast and no problem at all. I definitely recommend this trampoline!”

“This Trampoline was very easy to set up. Came with All the tools needed. Love the Safety Net that can be Zipped and Unzipped! The Padding around the Poles is Suburb Quality, I dont have to worry about my baby hitting his head. My Grandson is 18 months old/ He Loves It.. He not only Jumps ! He walks around the outside, there is Pleanty of room for him to do so ! He stands between the poles and jabbers at us..... Best Buy!! Highly Recommend”
