“I honestly love this thing and it's versatility. I'll kayak the hard spots, paddle board where it's not wavy, and lay out if I'm lazy. Love love love. The only downfall is if the water is shallow which in my case it is being on a river with very little rain this year. It's not that easy to control without the fins. That's not the boards fault however.”

“I have been so impressed by the response speed and the detailed directions to my questions. Customer service is incredible!!! I have enjoyed the board and look forward to spending time out on the water. Great way to spend time exercising and taking in nature!”

“I was very anxious to get a new Zupapa Paddleboard because of its size and features. Their customer representative, Jenna, was an amazing support through the entire process from anticipating my order once it was back in stock to shipping to making sure I was happy with the product I received. I had a couple issues with a paddle and pump gauge but they were so responsive & timely with replacement parts. I am very happy with our new paddleboard and so is our dog :)”

“We were so impressed by the customer service provided by Jenna! We had an initial problem with delivery of our paddleboard but Jenna was in contact with us so quickly and we received our amazing new paddleboard in no time. This paddleboard is so sturdy and is very light to carry and transport. We absolutely love the product and the colors are so nice and vibrant. We actually like it so much we just bought a second one. Would recommend 10/10.”

“I had a few questions about this product because I was a little anxious about purchasing an inflatable paddle board. I reached out to customer service and Heather was so helpful! Once the product arrived, I pumped up the board and took it out on the lake to give it a try. It did not take as long to pump it as I was expecting. Putting the pieces together was quite easy...barely needed the instruction manual. Once I took the board out on the lake, I was afraid that it would sag a little in the middle. It was pretty windy when I went out. But there was absolutely no sag at all!! I also took the kayak seat with me so that I could lay on the board and read a book while I floated. The deflate process took about 5 minutes or so. Not too bad in my opinion. Even if I had a place to store and commute a hard paddle board, I think I would still choose this one because I am so impressed with the quality. I have been telling my friends to purchase this one so that we can all float together! The quality is so good! I love the Kayak seat and kayak paddle that comes with it. I am confident that if I have any questions along the way, then I can just reach out to Heather because she was so helpful!”
