“We got this 10ft trampoline for our smaller backyard and it’s been plenty big enough for our kids to enjoy. One of the best outdoor toys we have purchased rivaled on by a bike maybe? Kids have used it a ton and we are only just now replacing the pads/net 3 years later. Customer service is great-Lan has made it easy.”

“This is a great trampoline. Very sturdy and the kids love it. The 10 ft is a perfect size for a small to medium-size yard. Two kids can jump at the same time, but 3 might be pushing it (unless they are under 5 years old, then I could see 3 kids at once in there). It took almost 3 hours to put together and the process was pretty easy and straightforward, but you definitely need 2 people to do it. You really can't do it by yourself. One of the people needs to be strong enough to hold things in place while the other person attaches parts. For example, you need someone to hold the netting while the other person attaches it on to get it tight. And putting on the springs by yourself is difficult -- two people really makes a difference. The only suggestion I'd have is there are clips on the top of the net which are great, but it would have made it so much easier if there were also clips on the bottom of the net too.”

“We bought our trampoline in 2018. We now have a lab puppy that bent a couple of the net supports when trying to jump with my daughter. I contacted customer service and LAN was super helpful with getting me the parts I need. We have been happy with our purchase and this confirms that we made the right choice.”

“We've really enjoyed this trampoline and it's given us plenty of fun times. Natural forces have caused this trampoline to deteriorate and Zupapa has been awesome to help us get the parts we need replaced. Lan was especially responsive and very good about taking care of our needs and questions. Fortunately, we will be able to continue to use this safely this summer and if needed, we will, without a doubt, purchase a Zupapa trampoline again!”

“Great product and customer service. Our daughter has a blast on the trampoline. Recent severe storms damaged the net poles making it unusable for the time being. Zupapa customer service has been outstanding and the new poles are on the way.”
