“Great product and my 6 yr twin boys have really enjoyed it. Some of our net piles have bent (1 snapped) so I have reached out to zupapa about replacement parts. Hopefully that will be a quick process so my boys can continue to love the trampoline.”

“This trampoline is so much fun and so well built! FedEx lost one of our boxes, so I contacted Zupapa and they were very helpful and willing to send out a new box immediately. The trampoline was fairly easy to put together and we all love it! I’m so glad we bought the one with the basketball tunnels because it makes it so much more fun. I would highly recommend this trampoline! A++”

“The purchase was simple and easy. Mandy with customer service was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. We received our purchase in a reasonable amount of time in 3 large boxes. With 2 adults, we completed the trampoline set-up in 1-2 hours. The basketball hoops are separate items and be easily attached/removed from the netting. They have definitely added much more fun to our trampoline experience!”
