I used Stubhub (Viagogo) twice within a years time, and didn't attend either events. The last time, I got my tickets 10 minutes after kickoff of my very first college football game (I'm 49, so I've been doing events for a minute, especially Chiefs) and they refused a refund because it was sent "on time"
No, no, it wasn't. 10 minutes after kickoff isn't on time when I'm patiently waiting in line for tickets. I was in my Uber by the time I left the complex.
