absolutely shocking service, Had a phone that needed a warranty repair, Was told it can take unto 28 (but shouldn't take that long)
Heard nothing, chased the company multiple times before and when one the 28 days and nothing. Takes 30 minutes to get through to speak to someone and refuse to allow me to speak to any management. Than tried to convince me its a minimum of 28 (Which is completely different to the emails and previous conversations with staff)
