We ordered two mobile phones from affordable mobiles. The service was good, we were given a date for getting them but we got them a lot earlier than expected which was good. The only problem was with the order we were supposed to get a free gift. When I contacted them about it I was told the offer had now finished and we were supposed to contact them to ask for the offer, but as we didn't it was too late now. It was only 2 days after it had closed but we had made the purchase a week before that. You would of thought they could of still honoured it. Or they should of emailed or messaged to say don't forget to contact us for it. So they refused to give us the free gifts. Not happy!!.
