Cheap contract and cash back offer. Wasn't happy with delivery, they said sim would be delivered on Monday and new network planned to change over on Tuesday. Contacted customer services Monday evening to say I hadn't received SIM and was told network wouldn't change until I recieved the new SIM and that there was no need to contact new network to delay switchover. Network changed on Tuesday and didn't recieve SIM until Wednesday meaning I had no way of making or receiving calls for a day.
