I purchased a refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max from affordable mobiles, the device arrived and it’s faulty after not even 5 days.
IOS has flagged the repairs to the device (specifically the battery) as non genuine and has now bricked the phone. After contacting support, who were completely inattentive, they are refusing to accept responsibility and also refusing to fix or replace the device.
I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from your network provider and avoiding Affordable Mobiles
