just the worst customer service I have ever had
No one came back to me when I phoned, ( i was told it would be within 48 hours)
When I complained a few weeks later someone from customer service phoned and left a voice message that they would call me back, and two months later they still have not
I get emails saying they are looking into it. Its over four months. Are they that bad that I am in a queue. Honestly You could not write how bad they are
