If I could give a zero star I would.
I had a work trip where the job was canceled and AIG refused to cover the claim after offering to insure the ticket at the time of purchase.
They gave two different reasons for not covering these tickets.
This is a scam and a way to take money from the little guy.
I'm never dealing with this company in any way again and I'd advise anyone reading this to find another insurer.
