Once again, AIG has let me down. I recently filed another claim(two months ago) , and here I am—still waiting for it to be approved. It’s a repeat of my last experience: promises of follow-ups that never happen and long waits with no resolution.
I’m at a loss for words with how poorly they treat their customers. It’s as if they’re deliberately dragging out the process, hoping people will give up and stop expecting their claims to be paid. But I’m not giving up—I’ll continue paying and documenting every delay and disappointment until they meet their obligations.
If you’re considering AIG, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t let yourself get stuck in an endless cycle of frustration like I have. AIG is not worth the stress.
