The travel insurance was cheap... and not worth it.
AIG failed to explain any clarifications needed for my travel insurance claim, then the supervisors failed to call me back in the promised amount of time when I reached out (receiving their voicemail). The entire experience has been difficult and time consuming, and it's nowhere near complete. It truly feels like they are just waiting me out to avoid paying the claim.
