Your company has the worst customer service I have seen and that’s pretty bad because today’s world don’t know customer service. Claim paperwork has to be sent numerous times and when u call all you can get is “We only except paperwork faxed or mailed” well that is being done and your still not getting it so what do you do? People are paying for this stuff too be faxed you guys going to reimburse that, the customer service representative was quick to say no to that. Your company sucks!
