An absolute joke of a transaction and as a result I will never be using this company again. I can totally understand that retailers are struggling with the COVID-19 situation but I don't believe that should stop customer interaction/updates.
Shortly after ordering I was informed that my delivery date would be pushed back by four months. However, when that new date had passed I had to chase Appliances Direct up to find out that delivery would be pushed back a further four months! Surely this would be a reason to get in touch with a customer?
