We ordered a dishwasher middle of September. Delivery changed 3 times since. Only very short notice, email the day before. Difficult to keep putting our plumber off. Finally cancelled the order asking for full refund. Customer team member obviously didn’t read the full email and only refunded £20 delivery charge. Still no dishwasher and they have held on to our cash for 10 weeks now.
I will not be recommending this company.
