Ordered an appliance same day, as I needed it urgently. They "conveniently" delivered a cheaper alternative unit in error.
After 30mins on a call they accepted their mistake but the only way they could correct it was I buy the unit again. They insisted on only picking up the "unit delivered in error" in normal working hours despite delivering it at 9pm originally, meaning I had to arrange time off work. all whilst they also have taken the money from my account. Now they have picked up and refunded my money, minus the delivery charge.
So I paid for the luxury of them delivering the wrong unit, that they accept was their error. But I'm still waiting for the delivery to be refunded, i'm not hopeful so whilst rare I ever post feedback this is one company I needed to vent about.
Try dealing with them to resolve is so painful, I think they see they are irritating you and just try harder to irritate you more in the hope you walk away and they keep your money.
Will never ever deal with them again.
