Terrible service. We have been left without a cooker.
Dreadful service. Ordered and paid for a cooker which was shown as in stock. They called us the next day to confirm delivery and offer a warranty.
The next day we had our kitchen modified and the gas supply removed (the new cooker was wider and was all electric). Two days after that, they contacted us to say that they didn't actually have the cooker at all and it would be delayed by a few days. This was annoying but we went along with it. Next day we got a delivery date of mid-March.
We spent over £600 on having the kitchen altered and have been left without a cooker and Appliances Direct have made no effort to compensate or resolve this matter.
Shocking service and misleading information.
