I ordered a washer dryer, paid by bank transfer to the account information sent to me. 2 days before delivery I received emails that payment hadn't been made, although I had made the payment 3 weeks earlier. I called 4 times and was told different things by every person. I finally got through to accounts, was told there was no record of me calling (he told me I had never called and he had no idea what I was talking about). He said if I couldn't remember the name of who I spoke with I clearly had never called, and that I needed more information. I called back with more information, spoke with someone else who told me they have multiple accounts and they simply aren't sure which one my money went to so they need to look it up. She said the investigation had already been started, however the person I called not 20 minutes before who started the investigation told me nothing like this and said there was nothing he could do. I then asked when I would hear back from them and was never given a confirmed answer, so I am having to call back multiple times a day to try and get some resolution. Very frustrated. The only reasonable person I spoke with was a sales associate who seemed to be able to find a lot more information on my payment than the accounts team.
