This company was recommended to us & although the ordering was very straight forward the delivery was handled very badly. Told a delivery date by Appliances Direct & a different delivery date by Hotpoint, which resulted in my Parents being without a Cooker for 3 days because the information provided was conflicting and incorrect. I suggest only the delivering company contact the customer to prevent misinformation being given.
Disappointed and let down by this service.
