I ordered a new oven which I was told would arrive within 5 working days. I then received 3 phone calls from appliance direct asking if I wanted to purchase oven insurance. When the oven had not arrived in 7 working days I was told that the oven was not actually in stock and would take a further two weeks to deliver... they also informed me that there were no more electrician slots until after Christmas. So we could receive our oven late and then not use it for 2 months...yay. Order cancelled, spent so long on the phone I was charged an extra £20 on my phone bill. Never using them again.
