After being given 3 delivery dates through December I was not happy at the prospect of not having my freezer by Xmas. However a phone call from a very nice lady assured me that it would definitely be here on the 15th which restored my faith. Following that I was kept informed as to the exact time allowing me to plan my day. Now very happy with a full freezer for Xmas.
