No customer service to help after your purchase. Easy to buy, impossible to refund or exchange. We bought a gas hob and an oven but because of gas hob pipe (belling) we could not fit the oven below. I had to buy another one. I would have bought it from appliances direct had they been helpful but they were rubbish, basically telling me, sorry you're stuffed. I amvery disappointed.
