Very friendly, both customer service and the people who delivered my appliance. My only gripe was that when I asked if it could be unboxed and the packaging taken away, I was told to ask the delivery driver who said he couldn’t because of covid regulations. It couldn’t be helped but I would have preferred to have been told that over the phone when arranging delivery rather than being told to,”ask the driver, it shouldn’t be a problem”, only to be let down.
