I had two appliances from Appliances Direct recently. One was delivered on time, the other a few hours late. I had to report slight damage to the washing machine and Appliances Direct dealt with this very quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest on everything although, as with other suppliers, there are some good deals to be had. All in all no serious complaints and I would order from Appliance Direct again.
