Excellent customer service. We paid extra for next day delivery, but item did not arrive next day. Probably not your fault because of Xmas rush. No problem, as request for refund for next day delivery was acted on straight away. Wife was desperate for her new hoover, and it arrived the day after. Thank you very much. Would definitely consider shopping with you again.
