Easy to navigate the website to find a new washing machine that fitted what I wanted and also within my tight budget. I used next day delivery because I needed the washing machine quickly. Communication was good and I didn’t need any contact outside of that. I was given a time slot and it arrived in that time. The delivery service let me know when they were 25 mins away which was really useful. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful. Because of COVID I didn’t want the washing machine brought in to the house and we were able to bring it in ourselves. I didn’t ask but got the impression if I had no help available they would have brought it in as safely as possible (they were already wearing masks for the doorstep delivery). The washing machine is great and I have had no problems. I would definitely use Appliances Direct again.
