Deliverer went to leave on the drive and had to be convinced by the disabled partner and her elderly father to help and try second time without trolly. Went in however left blocking the only point of access, the driver must have had the engine running as he left my heart arthemic FIL to move a fridge on his own with no trolly so we could close the garage. If I'd had been there I'd have been furious, sadly like quoted above they were late Product and online interaction were fine, delivery service was a laughable joke.
